Job summary

Workout Anytime West View is seeking a Part-time Gym Sales and Front Desk Consultant to drive new memberships and assist members with their fitness goals.

You will contact leads, process guest information in the club management software, clock in/out, and help keep the club clean. Excellent customer service and a friendly, outgoing personality are essential. Future promotional opportunities are available for top performers in this results‑oriented, team‑driven environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell new club memberships through leads, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Enter prospect/guest information into club management software and complete tracking forms.
• Clock in and out for all hours worked.
• Daily club cleaning.
• All other duties as required.

Reports to: Owner Position: Workout Anytime Gym Sales and Consultant for the West View location.

Part-time, commission is available, Workout Anytime Gym front desk and sales Consultant for the West View location.

Responsibilities

• Ability to sell new club memberships through contacting leads generated through marketing activities, generating referral leads and through walk-ins
• Ensure all prospect/guest information is entered into the club management software system and complete all required tracking forms and processes.
• Clock in and out for all hours worked.
• Daily Club Cleaning
• All other duties as required

Education and Experience

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Previous fitness industry experience is a plus.
• Familiar with software Data Track is a plus
