Job summary

Exos is seeking a Fitness Floor Staff Member to join our team in Edmond, Oklahoma. You will supervise the fitness floor, help members perform exercises safely, and enforce club policies to ensure a welcoming environment.

You’ll maintain equipment maintenance logs and respond professionally to member concerns, contributing to a high-quality fitness experience. Ideal candidates have health club or hospitality experience or current kinesiology studies, plus CPR/AED certification or commitment to

Qualifications

• Experience in health club or hospitality settings preferred or current enrollment in kinesiology courses or personal training certification
• A current CPR/AED certification or the ability and willingness to obtain upon hire
• Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
• Superior customer service skills
