The Fitness Floor Attendant at Duncan YMCA in Arvada, CO will deliver world-class customer service and build relationships to create a welcoming wellness environment. You will also demonstrate YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility in all aspects of your work.
In this role, you will guide members on basic equipment use, maintain a clean, safe fitness area, and engage with guests to support retention and satisfaction. This is a part-time, on-site position.

The Fitness Floor Attendant working as part of the Health and Wellbeing Team, will deliver world-class customer service and relationship building skills to create a welcoming environment at the YMCA.
