Job summary

Reimagine Resources is seeking a Part-Time Fitness Equipment Installer & Service Technician to repair, move, assemble, and install fitness equipment at commercial and residential sites. You will work independently from day one, delivering professional service and ensuring equipment is safe and fully functional.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with contractor status for the first 3 months (200 hours). Growth opportunities include higher pay, leadership paths as Technician or Installer,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of installation, repair, maintenance, or fitness equipment service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work on your own when starting.
• Reliable transportation (Truck, SUV, or Van preferred).
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift 150 lbs and safely move heavy equipment with proper technique and support when needed.
• Must pass a background check and drug test (CBD/Marijuana prohibited).
• Smoke- and vape-free workplace.

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced in fitness equipment installation, repair, electrical, mechanical, assembly, or a related field
• Able to work independently from the start with minimal supervision

• Available for at least 20 hours per week
• Available for at least 1 full weekday each week during business hours
• Physically capable of lifting, moving, and assembling commercial fitness equipment safely

Position Summary

Work Schedule & Pay

• Minimum 20 hours per week available, Monday-Friday during business hours
• Must be available at least 1 full weekday per week
• Some Saturday work and full days out of town as needed (approximately 5% - 20% out of town)
• Pay: Starts at $20 per hour
• All hires start as contractors for the first 3 months and first 200 hours before being considered for employment
