Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness East Nashville seeks a Fitness Director/Head Coach to lead a team of coaches, drive high-energy workouts, and boost member engagement. You will manage schedules, ensure certifications, and partner with a local owner to serve the community.

You will also deliver classes, oversee safety, and help grow memberships while promoting studio events and outreach in the East Nashville area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years coaching group fitness or personal training; leadership preferred.
• Current, NCCA-accredited fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NSCA, or NCSF).
• Active CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of established fitness coaches, ensuring high class quality.
• Coach 12 to 15 classes per week with energy, timing, and form correction.
• Handle admin tasks ~10–12 hours weekly: member outreach and consultations to boost engagement.
