Job summary

Workout Anytime in Duncanville is hiring a Sales Consultant to greet members, promote our brand, and assist guests with memberships. You will be the ambassador of our services, handling tours and selling personal training while creating strong relationships both inside and outside the gym.

A flexible schedule is preferred; you will be fully trained and report to the Club Manager. Hourly pay plus commission and bonus opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members and guests.
• Answer phones courteously and professionally.

• Conduct guest tours and promote gym services.
• Assist with daily club cleaning and maintenance.
• Develop relationships inside and outside the gym.

Pay:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• To become the greatest ambassador & promoter or Workout Anytime; our brand, our clubs, our services
• Greeting and checking in all members
• Answering phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Setting up new memberships
• Selling personal training
• Conducting guest tours
• Assisting with the club’s daily cleaning & maintenance
• Other tasks as assigned by management
• Create relationships inside and outside the gym

Qualifications:

• Desired candidates will be outgoing, flexible, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Some experience in the fitness industry is great! It is not required though, just a passion for helping people!
• A flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work some weekends.
