Orangetheory Fitness is seeking qualified elite coaches in Riverview, Florida, to deliver exceptional workouts and inspire members. As an OTF Fitness Coach, you will lead members through pre-defined workouts, help them achieve their fitness goals, and ensure correct usage of equipment.

Ability to earn up to $55/class + an hourly rate!
Variable Hour Employee – Part‑time & Full‑time hours available
20‑40, 25 or more preferred
You will be paid an hourly rate of $14.00 for administrative time, including but not limited to meetings, continuing education, and community outreach events. The hourly rate is for non‑class time hours. For classes coached, you will be paid based on OTF tenure and class attendance between $25 to $55 per class.
