Personal Trainer Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre‑designed, science‑backed workouts to groups of up to 24 clients
• Energize and motivate clients throughout each training session
• Create an engaging and positive environment to boost attendance and retain members
• Ensure client safety with a focus on heart‑rate‑based training and correct exercise technique
• Modify exercises to fit various fitness levels, ensuring a tailored experience for each client

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for Fitness: You love motivating others and thrive in a team environment
• Knowledgeable: Intermediate understanding of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
• Certified: Must hold a current fitness certification from an Orangetheory‑approved education company (e.g., NASM, NCSF, NSCA, ISSA ACE ACSM
• Educated: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus, but not required
• Experienced: 1+ years of experience teaching group fitness or personal training in the industry
• Certified in CPR/AED: Safety is key, and we require up‑to‑date certifications
