Qualifications

• 10+ continuing education hours per year outside of the Orangetheory curriculum.
• 2+ years as a group or personal trainer experience preferred.
• Intermediate understanding of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Lead members through pre-defined Orangetheory workouts.
• Help members set and achieve individualized fitness goals.
• Provide real-time coaching corrections and maintain safety.
