Job summary

BODY20 Dr. Phillips is seeking a full-time Fitness Coach to join our Orlando studio. You will deliver EMS-based personal training, perform InBody evaluations, and uphold BODY20 service standards while guiding members through programs and equipment usage.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification preferred.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of Personal Training experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Honesty, integrity and professional behavior.
• Passion, ambition, drive and fitness industry knowledge.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable, computer literate, energetic and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Administer InBody evaluations and EMS personal training sessions.
• Establish and maintain high level of service per company standards.
• Provide personalized attention to members.
• Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs and products.
• Demonstrate proper use of equipment and exercise techniques; operate equipment and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Adjust and operate EMS and Fitness Equipment to BODY20 standards.
• Attend all Fitness Coach meetings/training sessions.
