OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach‑inspired, science‑backed, and technology‑tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach

• Lead and motivate members through pre‑defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Ensure members use correct form and make corrections when needed
• Understand the science behind workouts, especially heart‑rate focused training programs and competitive landscape
• Know how to use and demonstrate every piece of equipment used in each workout

Requirements

No degree is required. Candidates must hold a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA‑accredited equivalent) or be willing to obtain one within reasonable time.
