Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Fitness Coach to lead coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts in a full-time/part-time studio setting. The role emphasizes helping members achieve goals, delivering high-energy coaching, and maintaining proper form during sessions.

No degree is required, but a national fitness certification is mandatory (NASM, ACE, ISSA or equivalent). Availability for late afternoons and potential weekend shifts is required.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

We Offer:

Compensation: Listed pay of $25 to $55 per session includes base pay + bonuses for certified personal trainers.

Cash Incentives: Customer referrals, employee referrals and regular performance reviews with potential pay increases.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
• Assist with gym set up and shut down after classes

Requirements

No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.

We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.

Currently seeking a fitness coach that is willing to work between the hours of 4pm-8pm during the week and potentially weekends between 8am-12pm.
