- Build relationships and help members stay accountable to their goals
- Maintain strong studio standards including cleaning, safety, and professionalism
- Participate in studio events, challenges, and community-building moments
- Stay coachable - take feedback, give feedback, and evolve
- NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or similar certification (required or in progress)
- Group fitness or coaching experience preferred
- CPR/AED certification
- Ability to coach up to 32 members with confidence and clarity
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn the Orangetheory workout, technology, and training system
