PERSONAL TRAINER AT ANYTIME FITNESS

Location: Rhinelander, WI

We are looking for a passionate, client‑focused Personal Trainer to help members achieve sustainable, long‑term results at Anytime Fitness.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS

As a Personal Trainer/Coach, you will provide fitness consultations, personalized training, group and virtual training sessions, and contribute to club programs, sales marketing, and member outreach.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Demonstrate a personal commitment to meeting the needs of members and guests.
• Conduct fitness consultations and assessments.
• Actively market and promote personal training services to attract and retain members.
• Assist in the development and implementation of club programs and events.
• Engage in staff meetings and other required activities.
• Serve as a role model by leading and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with members.
• Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
• Dress professionally in accordance with the current dress code standards (provided Anytime Fitness attire).

REQUIREMENTS

• Certified Personal Training certificate from NASM, NSCA, ACSM, WITS, AFFA, ACE, ISSA.
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
