Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Orlando is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead coach-designed, science-backed, technology-tracked workouts. You will motivate members, help them set goals, and ensure proper form with corrections as needed.

Ideal candidates hold a national fitness certification or the ability to obtain one, plus CPR/AED certification and strong interpersonal skills to connect with and energize others during 1-hour sessions.

Qualifications

• No degree is required; national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or ability to obtain one.
• Adult CPR/AED Certification.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure members are using correct form and receive corrections if needed.
• Understand the science behind our workouts, heart-rate focused training, and awareness of the competition.
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment in every workout.

We Offer

• Compensation: Listed pay of $14 to $55 per session.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach

• Lead and motivate members through pre‑defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart‑rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements
