Compensation

• Listed pay of $18-$23 per hour.

Day in the Life of a Certified Exercise Coach

As a certified exercise coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver one-on-one and small-group exercise instruction to clients of all ages.

• Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultation sessions to assess goals and fitness levels
• Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions using our technology-driven exerbotics equipment
• Coach clients through personalized workouts focusing on proper form, motivation, and safety.
• Track and record client fitness progress using data-driven tools
• Provide education and guidance on exercise science, recovery, and healthy habits
• Recommend and sell monthly memberships and package sessions to support cleints goals
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals
