Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts in Medina, OH. You will guide members through energizing sessions and help them reach goals through heart-rate monitored training.

No degree is required; national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA equivalent) or ability to obtain one, plus CPR/AED certification. You will connect with and motivate others while promoting safety and instant feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure members use correct form and receive corrections as needed.
• Understand the science behind heart-rate focused training and Orangetheory workouts.
• Demonstrate proper use of all equipment used in each workout.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

• Compensation: Listed pay of $25 to $55 per session includes base pay + bonuses for certified personal trainers.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements
