Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a high energy Fitness Coach to lead coach-inspired, science-backed, technology-tracked workouts in our studio. Coaches earn $40 to $65 per class, with training hours paid at $16.80 until fully trained, and receive PTO, wellness stipend, and studio membership discounts.

You will guide members through workouts, help them reach goals, ensure correct form, and understand heart-rate focused training and equipment usage.

Qualifications

• National fitness certification required (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited). Personal Training Cert and Group Fitness Certs accepted.
• No degree needed, but ability to connect with and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through predefined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure proper form and provide corrections when needed.
• Understand heart-rate focused training programs and related techniques.
• Demonstrate usage of equipment used in workouts.

OTF is looking for a high energy Fitness Coach to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts!

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent). Personal Training Cert and Group Fitness Certs accepted.
