Job summary

Orangetheory in Laguna Niguel, California, is seeking a Fitness Coach to lead scientifically designed workouts and provide a high-energy experience for members. The Coach will motivate members, help them achieve their fitness goals, and ensure correct use of workout equipment.

Applicants should hold a valid fitness certification and embody a health and fitness mindset. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with additional bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
• Health & Fitness minded—strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in an ORANGE TEAM environment.
• Flexible to work any day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed.

About the Role

As an Orangetheory Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering scientifically predesigned workouts per session. The Coach will deliver a high‑energy workout experience, focusing on endurance, strength, and power, using the tools given to optimize the client’s experience and results. The Coach reports to the Head Coach or Studio Sales & Fitness Manager.

Pay and Compensation

Starting at $17.50 per hour, plus a per‑class coach bonus ranging from $20 to $72 per class. As you gain experience and more hours coaching, you can level up your tier and hourly base.
