Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Fitness Coach at BODY20 Greenwood Village. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position suitable for candidates who want to make a significant impact in a growing club.
Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour. The position offers paid training, certifications, and support, a free studio membership, flexible schedule, and a casual fitness dress code.

Primary Responsibilities

• Administer InBody evaluations and EMS personal training sessions
• Establish and maintain a high level of service according to company standards
• Provide personalized attention to members
• Maintain knowledge and participation in all club services, programs, and products
• Instruct and demonstrate proper use of equipment and exercise techniques, including dynamic movement of weights up to 50 pounds
• Adjust and operate all EMS and fitness equipment to BODY20 standards
• Attend all Fitness Coach related meetings and trainings

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred)
• CPR/AED certification (preferred)
• 1–3 years of previous Personal Training experience (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Honesty and personal integrity
• Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
• Excel in time management, organization, and follow-up skills
• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly

Essential Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching, including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs at a time
