Orangetheory Fitness Gainesville is seeking an energetic Coach to lead high-energy, science-backed group fitness classes and build relationships with members. You will motivate and support members, ensuring a positive, inclusive studio environment both inside and outside the workout space.

Responsibilities include guiding cardio, strength, and endurance workouts, monitoring heart-rate performance, and contributing to a vibrant team culture. Training and advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer or group fitness certification from an approved organization.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Previous coaching or group fitness experience preferred.
• High-energy, outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Passion for fitness and helping others.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Orangetheory Fitness Gainesville is looking for an energetic, motivating, and passionate Coach to join our team!

As an Orangetheory Coach, you’ll lead high-energy, science-backed group fitness classes while creating an environment where every member feels challenged, supported, and successful. You’ll be responsible for more than delivering a great workout—you’ll help build relationships, motivate members, and contribute to the positive culture of our studio.

Compensation: $25.00 - $75.00 per hour

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
