Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Cornelius, NC is seeking an energetic Coach to lead our heart-rate based, technology-tracked workouts and motivate members to push their limits daily. You will guide pre‑designed, full‑body sessions, ensure safe form, help members set and crush goals, and share knowledge of heart-rate training while collaborating with a dynamic team.

AED/CPR certification and a current OTF‑approved fitness credential are required; 1–2 years of group fitness or personal training experience

Qualifications

• AED/CPR certification is required.
• Current fitness certification from an OTF-approved entity (ACE/ACSM/NASM/NSCA/ISSA/NCCPT/AFAA) is required.
• 1–2 years of group fitness or personal training experience preferred.

Requirements:

• AED/CPR certification


• Must hold a current fitness certification (or be in the process of obtaining one) from an OTF-approved education entity as follows: ACE (American Council on Exercise), ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association), ISSA CPT is also accepted with an NCCPT exam, NCSF (National Council on Strength and Fitness), AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America)- exam must have been completed before October 23, 2023, following recertification will be accepted


• 1-2 years of group fitness or personal training experience preferred
