Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is hiring a Fitness Coach to lead high-energy, safe workouts and inspire members toward their health goals. You will build a welcoming studio community, foster engagement, and help members see how Orangetheory supports lasting fitness changes.

We value coaches who can motivate, connect with people, and deliver outstanding member experiences. Compensation ranges with performance opportunities and includes free studio membership.

Qualifications

• Current NCCA nationally recognized fitness certification is required.
• AED/CPR certification is required.
• Group fitness coaching experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead energetic, engaging, and professional group training sessions.

Compensation: $35.00 - $95.00 per hour

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
