Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead coach-inspired, science-backed workouts tracked by technology. You’ll motivate members through structured sessions, ensure proper form, and explain the science behind heart-rate focused training.

Training is provided and a clear career path exists toward advancement. Earn $30–$45 per session, with base pay plus bonuses for certified trainers, plus perks like PTO, wellness stipend, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• No degree is required. National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or ability to obtain one.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals

• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
