Job summary

A growing fitness training studio is seeking a passionate Coach to deliver technology-based personal training sessions. Responsibilities include coaching clients, tracking their progress, and representing the brand at local events. Ideal candidates have a fitness passion and coaching experience, especially with national certifications. This role offers a starting pay of $18/hr plus performance-based bonuses in a fun, high-energy team environment.

Qualifications

Who You Are

• A coach with a passion for fitness and helping others succeed.
• Coaching or training experience (EMS or boutique fitness is a bonus!). National certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) is preferred.
• Comfortable working 1-on-1 with clients and committed to delivering exceptional experiences.
• Willing and available to support local marketing events and community outreach.

What You’ll Do

• Coach members through BODY20 sessions, providing motivation, guidance, and expert support.
• Track member progress and celebrate wins!
• Help represent BODY20 at marketing events and pop-ups.
• Team player who takes pride in maintaining a clean, professional studio environment.
• Communicates clearly and efficiently with the team and management via the Slack app.
• Contribute to a fun, professional, and high-performing studio culture.
• Increase the number of organic leads.
• Ability to take 1-2 Body20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients and existing members.
• Administer InBody evaluations and EMS personal training sessions.
• Maintain knowledge and/or participation in all club services, programs, and products.
• Attend all Fitness Coach related meetings/Trainings.
