The Exercise Coach - Brielle is looking for dedicated Certified Exercise Coaches to train clients one-on-one and in small groups using our Exerbotics technology. You will guide clients through science-backed workouts and help them reach strength goals while promoting healthy habits.

No college degree or personal training certification is required initially; we offer paid coach certification and nutrition training, plus clear tracks to become a lead coach.

• Direct four-month track to become a certified coach.
• Direct 12-month track to lead coach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultations to assess goals and fitness levels.
• Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions using our Exerbotics equipment.
• Coach clients through personalized workouts, focusing on proper form, motivation and safety.
• Track and record client fitness progress using data-driven tools.
• Provide education and guidance on exercise science, recovery and healthy habits.
• Recommend and sell monthly memberships and package sessions to support client goals.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.

Compensation:

• Listed pay of $20-25 per hour includes base pay and studio performance bonus

Day in the Life of a Certified Exercise Coach
