Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings/mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and/or move over 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Ability to perform work functions with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a clean and safe gym and fitness areas.
• Assist with member inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure guests adhere to department and facility policies.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety issues to management.
• Assist fitness instructors and trainers with class setups and equipment needs.
• Foster a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for all members.
• Assist with fitness and athletic events as needed.
