Job summary

Power Wellness is hiring an Environmental Services Associate at Mount Carmel Fitness Center in Lewis Center, Ohio. This hourly role supports full-time and part-time staff in maintaining a clean, safe facility and delivering quality member service.

The position emphasizes locker-room upkeep, linen handling, and adherence to safety procedures, with CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire. Flexible schedules are expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to locker assistance requests.
• Maintain locker rooms with cleanliness and safety.
• Refill toiletries and supplies as needed.
• Monitor sauna, steam room, and whirlpool areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize floors and surfaces throughout the facility.
• Operate washers/dryers and handle linens.
• Restock towels and manage waste.
• Assist with deliveries and stocking in designated areas.
• Assist with setting up conference rooms.
• Lift up to 25 lbs of linens and supplies.
• Be flexible with center hours and schedules.
• Adhere to safety requirements and emergency procedures.
• Communicate effectively with EMS when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
