Job summary

The Spokane Club is seeking a Fitness Attendant to ensure a welcoming, well‑maintained conditioning room and exceptional member service. This full‑time role focuses on cleanliness, equipment readiness, and friendly assistance to members and guests.

Responsibilities include keeping water dispensers filled, sanitizing equipment, and maintaining mats and cups. Training is provided; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required; some fitness experience preferred.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certified.
• Background check must be passed successfully.
• Strong customer service and friendly attitude.
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems while performing tasks.
• Comfort with technology and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Fill water dispensers.
• Maintain clean cups and cycle out used cups.
• Wipe down all exercise mats to keep them available for members.
• Pick up and put back equipment left out.
• Clean/wipe workout machines.
• Refill hand sanitizer/wipes as needed.
• Vacuum/Dust as needed.
• Provide professional and friendly help to all members.

Job Summary

The Conditioning room Floor Attendant position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and foster meaningful relationships with club members. Within this role you will be maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the conditioning room floor.

Job Responsibilities

• Fill water dispensers
• Maintain clean cups and cycle out used cups
• Wipe down all exercise mats as needed throughout shift to always keep mats available to members
• Pick up and put back equipment that has been left out
• Clean/wipe workout machines
• Refill hand sanitizer/wipes as needed
• Vacuum/Dust as needed
• Provide professional and friendly help to all members

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED; Some fitness experience preferred
• First Aid/CPR/AED certified
• Successfully pass a background check
• Strong customer service skills to create and foster an environment of genuine care for members and guests
• Positive and friendly attitude; takes ownership and pride in job
• Ability to think and act quickly, problem solve, and perform
