Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Miami Beach seeks a warm, outgoing fitness‑dedicated team member to join our on‑site fitness team. You’ll be responsible for the setup, maintenance, cleanliness and safety of the hotel fitness center, and for engaging with guests while communicating the gym’s services and offerings.

We value a motivated self-starter with at least 1 year of similar work experience, strong guest service skills, teamwork, and flexibility to support a 24‑hour operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality or guest service experience.
• Strong team player with multi-tasking and detail orientation.
• Flexible to work in a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, sanitize, and maintain the hotel fitness center.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the gym area.
