Job summary

The Exercise Coach - Pflugerville is hiring an on-site Certified Exercise Coach to deliver one-on-one and small-group workouts for clients of all ages.

No prior gym experience is required—paid training is provided, and you’ll start with base pay plus referral commissions as you complete the program. You’ll help clients achieve results and grow the studio's client base.

The studio uses Exerbotics technology to provide real-time feedback, helping you become a smarter, safer trainer in less time.

Qualifications

• No gym experience required; paid training provided.
• Comfortable working with clients of all ages.
• Willing to learn strength training technology and coaching techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver One-on-One and small-group workouts for clients.
• Conduct initial consultations with clients.
• Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions.
