Job summary

Stretch Zone in Petaluma, CA is seeking a dedicated practitioner to deliver 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions using our protocols and personalized client programming. The role includes conducting initial assessments and 30-day re-assessments to track mobility, making outbound lead calls daily, converting free trials to paying members, and pre-booking the next session before clients leave.

Responsibilities

• Convert free trials/demos into paying members.
• Pre-book every client's next session before they leave the studio.
• Check-in with clients to monitor satisfaction, progress and identify at-risk members before they cancel.
