Job summary

Stretch Zone in Lake Forest, IL seeks a motivated Sales & Practitioner to deliver Stretch Zone sessions and drive membership growth. You’ll combine fitness knowledge with client service, earning through performance-based bonuses while completing the nationally accredited practitioner certification.

Training is provided, including two‑day hands-on instruction and online content. Growth opportunities include advancing from practitioner to sales roles and regional leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized stretching sessions using the Stretch Zone method.
• Assess members' needs to determine stretch plans.
• Provide hospitality and customer service in every session.
• Execute stretching consultations for prospects and support membership growth.
• Contact members and prospects, follow up on leads and support growth goals.
• Assist with daily studio operations; maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must complete and pass Stretch Zone’s accredited certification training which includes a virtual component as well as a two‑day hands‑on certification.

• Contact members and prospects, follow up on leads, and support membership growth goals.
• Assist with daily studio operations, including maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented atmosphere that motivates both members and staff.

A Day in the Life

• Open the studio, organize the space, and prepare for a productive day.
• Lead or support sales efforts, ensuring new and returning clients feel valued and informed.
• Execute stretch sessions and consultations, maintaining top‑tier client experience.
• Support new team members with onboarding and training.
• Partner with the Franchisee to meet daily and monthly performance goals and maintain high conversion rates.
• Close the studio by celebrating wins and preparing for a strong next day.
