Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is hiring Fitness Advisors to join our team and contribute to the growth of our clubs. If you have a passion for fitness and a proven sales background, you could help drive new member sales, retention, and overall member satisfaction.

As a Fitness Advisor you will lead prospecting efforts, work with a team to exceed targets, and deliver exceptional customer service that helps members reach their goals. Prior experience in health and fitness is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong sales background with a proven track record of success.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Previous experience in the health and fitness industry is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in all sales-related activities, including prospecting, new member sales, and retention.
• Drive membership growth and help build strong, lasting relationships with our members.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guide members toward their fitness goals.
