Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, political science, public policy, international relations, international development or related field.
• Experience leading complex projects or strategic initiatives in an unstructured environment.
• Experience writing and editing technical and informational material.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning, implementation, and evaluation of science and technology initiatives for fisheries transparency and sustainability.
• Serves as technical project manager coordinating cross-functional teams, contractors, and partners.
• Provides technical oversight of contractor- and vendor-delivered solutions and budgets.
• Supports design, deployment, and scaling of hardware, software, and data systems in remote environments.
• Evaluates emerging technologies and recommends feasible, scalable approaches.
• Develops technical assessments, reports, and presentations for strategy and action.
• Manages budgets and procurement, supports vendor selection and contracts.
• Provides technical guidance to LSF team members as needed.
• May require domestic and international travel ~25% or more.
