Job summary

Sysco, a global leader in foodservice distribution, is seeking a production team member to operate the Salmon Fillet line. You will cut fish to specifications, maintain yields, and ensure high quality across fresh and saltwater species.

The role requires knowledge of raw materials and inventory, with hands-on experience in a production environment. You will contribute to efficient decap processing and overall line performance on the facility floor in Florida.

• Must be able to cut all species of fish, fresh and saltwater.
• Knowledge of raw material and inventory experience.
• Work on Salmon Fillet production line, responsible for yields in the decap process.
