Sysco Houston is seeking an experienced production worker to operate and maintain the Salmon Fillet production line. You will ensure yields meet specifications, handle raw fish material, and maintain inventory accuracy.

The role requires ability to cut all species of fish, fresh and saltwater, and to work efficiently in a fast-paced facility while upholding safety and quality standards. Candidates with prior seafood processing experience are preferred.
