Job summary

Chick-fil-A, Inc. is seeking teammates for the back-of-house kitchen. You will cook, clean, and stock, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. Shifts run 2pm–11pm, with scheduling based on Fiserv Forum events and no work on Sundays.

Ideal candidates are fast, accurate, and attentive to guests, bringing a friendly, enthusiastic approach to a tight-knit team. Prior kitchen experience helps, but is not required.

Job description

This position is for the back of house (kitchen).

This job works directly with cooking, cleaning, and stocking the kitchen. Looking for people that are fast and accurate but also have great attention to food quality and safety. Looking for candidates who can work shifts between the hours of 2pm and 11pm.

Event Based Schedule

Our work schedule is based directly on the Fiserv Forum event schedule. Hours and staffing needs change each week depending on the games, concerts, and other events taking place, along with the attendance and sales forecasts for each event.

Closed Sundays

All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

Work Experience and Age

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not required. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Applicants under 18 may have additional restrictions on certain equipment and job duties.
