Job summary

Tenaris Midland is seeking a FISE Representative to support field operations in the Midland, TX area. You will help ensure correct use of Tenaris Premium Connections, provide technical assistance to customers, and collect field feedback to improve product performance.

You will liaise with customer representatives at rig sites, maintain training and service reports, and help protect equipment while complying with Tenaris policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Follows up that there is a correct use of TenarisHydril recommended practices, controlling and ensuring well site preparations and running, and well site repairing of Tenaris Premium Connections, preventing potential problems and incidents maximizing a safer and efficient installation of our products.
• Provides technical support and directly liaising with customer representative to assure the product is installed in the most efficient manner allowing the product to perform to its optimum design potential.
• Assists Tenaris general overview to customer's representative at rig site using our internet sites and info and any other specific one applicable for the operation or region visited.
• Follows up on customer's representative about Tenaris perception (product and services) to identify potential areas to improve.
• Responsible for updated self-training and knowledge on Tenaris Standards and procedures according to FISE training curricula.
• Responsible for service report fulfilment same in timely fashion both hardcopy and electronically (running assistance report, miscellaneous, log time, inspection, service ticket and specific as dopeless and visit ones)
• Provide Feedback from the field and industry of perception / attitude toward Tenaris & competitors products, service and technical innovations. Set up files & add to office reference library for competitor’s products and technical innovations.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
