Job summary

Illinois Board of Higher Education seeks a Financial Analyst/Planner Specialist to support budget development and financial analysis for the higher education system. Based at IBHE headquarters in Springfield, IL, this salaried position offers a hybrid work schedule with travel as required within Illinois.

About the position:

The Fiscal Analyst performs financial analysis and coordinates the development and implementation of budgetrecommendations for the Agency, including data collection and reporting, budget planning and development, andrelated research and administrative functions; serves a key role in both operating and capital reporting processesand cycles.

This is a covered position under the State Universities Civil Service System.
