Job summary

Crimson Group is seeking a motivated First-Year Electrical Apprentice to start a rewarding career in New Mexico and Texas. You will work alongside licensed electricians on commercial and industrial projects, gaining hands-on experience and learning safety-focused practices.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in or willing to enroll in an electrical apprenticeship, with basic tool knowledge, strong work ethic, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

Enrolled in or willing to enroll in a registered electrical apprenticeship program.
Basic knowledge of common hand tools and their safe use.
Basic computer skills, including email, electronic timesheets, and mobile applications.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist journeyman and master electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
Safely use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
Pull wire, install conduit, terminate electrical devices, and assist with equipment installation.
Follow project plans, drawings, and supervisor instructions.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Adhere to safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Travel to project sites as required.
