Marvin is seeking a First Shift Production Associate to help build premium windows, doors, and skylights in our manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate equipment, assemble components, and perform visual and dimensional quality checks while following established safety and work instructions.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that prioritizes craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
