Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Salt Lake City, UT, to supervise daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment. This first-shift role (8:30 am–5:00 pm, Mon–Fri) offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced parts and accessories warehouse.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of warehouse experience, previous supervisory exposure, and familiarity with WMS and RF scanning.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of warehouse experience required.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in parts/ automotive / manufacturing warehouses preferred.
• Experience using WMS and RF scanning equipment.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates to ensure safe, efficient daily operations.
• Assign work based on priorities, production demands, and staffing.
• Train new employees on warehouse processes, safety and equipment.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Coordinate receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure orders are accurate and shipped on time.
