Job summary

RealTruck Distribution Center in Forney, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Cherry Picker) for 1st shift. You will handle shipping, receiving, and material handling using RF scanners and powered equipment to pick, pack, and ship orders daily.

Role requires a high school diploma and forklift experience is preferred; 6–12 months of related training is expected, with 2–5 years preferred. The position is full-time, on-site with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma required.
• 6-12 months of related experience and/or training required.
• 2-5 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products for movement, including sorting, scanning, repackaging, palletizing, labeling, and wrapping.
• Operate powered equipment to move products safely and efficiently, once certified.
• Perform routine forklift maintenance checks and report issues.
• Assemble components into kits and enter data into WMS.
• Pick and pack inventory for shipment; stage inventory and load trailers.
• Unload trailers; verify product against PO and packing slip in WMS.
• Scan, wrap, label, and load pallets onto trailers.
• Receive returns, verify warranty, update WMS, and prepare for disposal or stock.
