Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a reliable Warehouse Receiver for a full-time, first-shift role with no nights or weekends. In this position you will unload deliveries, verify and sort stock, and place items in storage areas while reading orders and preparing materials for distribution.

You will assist with inventory tracking and operate warehouse equipment as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, read invoices, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read invoices and follow written/verbal directions.
• Mechanically inclined with basic computer and math skills.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to work in English.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload merchandise from delivery trailers and verify stock.
• Sort incoming stock and place items in designated storage areas.
• Read customer orders and prepare materials for distribution.
• Assist with inventory tracking and basic equipment operation.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support supply chain efficiency.
