Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Cherry Picker at our Ontario, CA location to support daily distribution center operations. The role requires a safety mindset, speed, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment while handling packing, loading, and documentation tasks.

The position offers a 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) with a temp-to-hire path. Candidates should have 1–2 years warehousing experience including cherry picker and reach forklift operation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years warehousing experience.
• Experience with cherry picker and reach forklift.
• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs and work eight hours in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders and pack product to support daily distribution center operations.
• Load and unload trucks using forklift while ensuring damage-free shipments.
• Perform put-away and picking with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stage materials and prepare inbound/outbound shipment documents.
• Maintain cleanliness using 5S methodology and assist with housekeeping.
