Surge Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift in Lebanon, OH. The role is physically demanding in a hot warehouse, requiring you to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.

You will work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, with potential overtime and pay increases after permanent hire. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable on their feet, and able to perform repetitive tasks safely while contributing to a busy warehouse team.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor preferred.
• Must work in a hot warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for long periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Stack cardboard and other warehouse materials throughout the shift
• Break off and remove excess pieces of cardboard
• Perform repetitive physical tasks safely and efficiently
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and warehouse goals
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned
