RJ Schinner Co. is hiring a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift in Grand Prairie, TX. This full-time role involves receiving, picking, and moving products, using RF scanners, and ensuring accurate receipt and shipment while maintaining safety and organization across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• 1 year of stand-up forklift experience and ability to follow safety protocols.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs frequently.
• Comfortable with exposure to heat/cold, noise, and dust.
• Comfortable with heights (25–30 ft).

Responsibilities

• Operate different types of forklifts including stand-up and order picker.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Receive, pick and transport product throughout the warehouse.
• Stack, palletize, tote, and store product safely and efficiently.
• Maintain shipping, receiving and inventory records with proper documentation.
• Keep the warehouse organized and clean.
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols and check powered equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
