Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Transportation Supervisor in Portland, OR to manage day-to-day transportation operations onsite. You will lead a team of drivers, monitor DOT compliance, and optimize delivery performance while aligning with company policies and customer service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of transportation logistics, and experience with fleet management software. Travel to remote depots may be required, with a base salary of 75k–85k plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of transportation logistics, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience leading and supervising a team of drivers.
• Experience with computerized fleet management systems and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises drivers and staff, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversees daily transportation operations to ensure timely deliveries and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains DOT compliance and manages driver payroll, logs, and expense reports.
