Responsibilities

• Weigh ingredients to specs and feed into equipment.
• Monitor production and troubleshoot equipment.
• Inspect materials for conformance to standards.
• Take samples and evaluate against written instructions.
• Label incoming and outgoing material.
• Document logs, data reports, and procedures.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement.
• Follow safety rules and maintain housekeeping.
